Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs (save 2 whites for icing)
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, Crisco and eggs; add flour and milk alternately. Add vanilla.
    Pour into 3 (9-inch) layer pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
