Cranberry Clafouti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries
1 c. water or cranberry juice
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Cook cranberries in water or juice for 5 minutes, covered, on low heat.
Drain cranberries and boil down until 1/4 cup.
In blender, combine eggs, sugar, flour, milk, vanilla and cream.
Stir in cranberry liquid.
