Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. melted margarine
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat all ingredients except cake mix and pecans.
Put in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture. Pour melted margarine over cake mix and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
