Tropical Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 c. orange juice
1 1/4 c. instant rice
1 can condensed chicken rice soup
Preparation

Brown the chops in a little shortening.
Remove and sprinkle rice in the pan.
Pour orange juice over the rice and arrange chops over this.
Pour soup over all.
Cover and simmer until the rice has absorbed all the liquid and chops are tender.
