Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can tuna or chicken or 1 c. ham, bacon or shrimp
Preparation
    Put meat in pie pan first.
    Then mix together rest of ingredients and pour over meat.
    Top with mushrooms or green pepper.
    Bake pie crust at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes before filling. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
