Rib Eye Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. roast
    1/2 c. cracked bell pepper
    1 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Coat roast with pepper.
    Combine the rest of the ingredients; mix well.
    Place roast in mixture.
    Turn once to coat roast. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake in the sauce at 300\u00b0 for 2 or 3 hours or until medium rare.
    Remove from oven and slice. The hot marinade may be poured over sliced roast.
