Mushrooms And Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts without skin, thinly sliced
    2 eggs
    4 seasons ready mix bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 small pkg. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    at least 6 slices cheese (Gruyere, Swiss or Muenster)
    1/2 c. white wine and/or 1/2 c. rich chicken broth
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Soak chicken slices in well beaten eggs for a few minutes, then roll each slice in bread crumbs.
    You can either fry or broil the chicken in the butter until light golden brown.
    Place in pan; cover each piece of chicken with mushroom slices and cheese.
    Add wine and/or broth.
    Squeeze lemon juice over lightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
