Long John'S Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oil
    1 egg yolk (save white)
    3/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until consistent of pancake batter.
    Beat egg white until frothy and fold into mixture.
    Don't stir much.
