Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baked potatoes, cooled
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits
    2 Tbsp. chives
    pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    milk (as needed)
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until you can squeeze them (about 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or about 15 minutes on High in microwave).
    Cut in half and spoon out the meat of the potato into a large bowl.
    Add all ingredients and mash until smooth.
    If needed, add small portions of milk. Fill potato skin shells with the mixture and melt in the microwave for about 5 minutes.
