Tuna Orleans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1 c. rice
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a quart casserole dish. Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
