Meat Balls With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. tenderizer
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    oil
Preparation
    Combine everything except flour in a bowl; mix well.
    Roll the meat into little balls and dredge with flour.
    In a skillet, brown the meat balls in oil.
    Remove meat. Retain 2 tablespoons drippings.
    Add flour, stirring constantly until brown.
    Add milk and water, stirring until gravy thickens.
    Return meat to pan and simmer slowly until meat is heated.
