Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients.
    Pinch up pieces big enough for meatballs and roll between hands.
    (If mixture starts sticking to hands, wet them with water.)
    Place in 4-quart pressure cooker.
