Tomato And Cheese Macaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
Parmesan cheese, grated
5 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. oregano, dried
black pepper
1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
Preparation

Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until barely done. Drain and set aside.
In large skillet, saute chopped onion in 3 tablespoons butter.
Add the tomatoes with liquid, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, breaking up tomatoes.
Add cooked macaroni, sour cream and Cheddar.
Mix well.
Pour into baking dish and top with 2 tablespoons butter and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
