Potato-Pepperoni Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    6 large potatoes, sliced, peeled or unpeeled
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 (11 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni slices
Preparation
    Spray skillet with Pam.
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Arrange potatoes and onions in bottom of skillet.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and tender.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
    Next sprinkle with 1/2 cheese.
    Add all of pepperoni.
    Add remaining sauce.
    Add all remaining cheese.
    Cover and cook until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted.
