Ground Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs (unseasoned)
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. fresh pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1 c. onions, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 lb. ground turkey
Preparation
    Pour egg over bread crumbs.
    Add tomato sauce, pepper, thyme, rosemary and vegetables.
    Mix in ground turkey and form into meatballs; brown slightly.
    Place in casserole and add more tomato sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
