Eggplant Melanzane Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small or 1 medium eggplant
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. olive oil
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Peel eggplant and slice.
    Prepare batter by mixing egg, flour and milk.
    Dip eggplant in batter. Fry in oil until brown. Drain well.
