Butterscotch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. raw apples, peeled and diced
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Mix together eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add
    dry ingredients, apples and nuts.
    Blend well. Pour into
    greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle butterscotch morsels on top.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
