Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. canned tomato paste
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. or a little more noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet, stir meat until browned.
    Blend in onion soup mix, flour and tomato paste.
    Stir in water.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cook the noodles; place noodles in a baking dish.
    Pour the beef mix over noodles and mix.
    Top with bread crumbs; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
