Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. cream cheese (softened)
    1 c. Miracle Whip or sour cream
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
    2 Pillsbury Cresent Rolls
    assorted cut vegetables
    shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, Miracle Whip and dressing mix to smooth consistency.
    Set aside.
    Roll out Crescent Rolls on a 9x13 cookie sheet.
    Follow directions for baking.
    Bake until light brown. Cool completely.
    Spread cheese mix on crust.
    Top with vegetables. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
    Recommended vegetables:
    Shredded carrots, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, red cabbage, radishes.
