Nina Owen'S Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cornmeal
    3 eggs
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    juice of 1 1/2 lemons
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar gradually.
    Add meal and eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add lemon juice and rind.
    Pour into shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes (until knife comes out clean).
