Spanish Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. raw rice
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil in large skillet.
    Add onion, pepper and rice.
    Cook lightly about 10 minutes.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Cover; simmer 40 minutes.
    Check and stir lightly. Serves 4 to 6.
