Summer Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked white long grain rice
    1 c. frozen peas, cooked and chilled
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes, no juice
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine rice, peas, celery, onions, tomatoes and salt and pepper.
    Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and gently fold into rice mixture.
