Mommy'S Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 c. flour
    1 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    6 to 8 whole chicken legs
Preparation
    In a large plastic bag, mix all dry ingredients.
    In a shallow dish, beat eggs, milk and crushed garlic.
    Heat oil in a frying pan, with cover, until hot, 325\u00b0 or medium-low.
