Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans white hominy
1 can yellow hominy
1 small can chopped chili peppers
1 small jar pimento
8 oz. American cheese
4 oz. sour cream

Preparation

Mix well and pour in baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake until bubbly.
