Meat Loaf Florentine(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef (90% lean)*
    1 c. fat-free Premium cracker crumbs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 c. chili sauce
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg product**
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. Regina red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
Preparation
    * One pound ground turkey may be substituted.
