Creme Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c.butter
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    whipped cream or whatever you desire for filling
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat water and butter in a saucepan until the water boils and the butter melts.
    Lower heat and add flour and salt all at once. Beat vigorously until mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
    Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Continue beating until smooth.
    Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet, forming 10 puffs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool on wire racks.
    When cool, cut off tops and scoop out soft dough.
    Fill with whipped cream or whatever you desire. Replace tops and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
