Barbecue Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. ketchup
    1 small onion
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat, salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in roaster and pour remaining ingredients over and bake until tender.
    Remove from roaster and shred with 2 forks.
    Put back in sauce.
    Serve hot in buns.
