Lo-Cal Chicken Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cut up chicken
    1 lb. can pineapple chunks
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 bell peppers, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces, skin side up in shallow baking dish. Surround with pineapple chunks.
    Mix pineapple juice with vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Add pepper strips. Combine cornstarch and water in cup.
    Stir into liquid in baking dish and bake an additional 15 minutes or until bubbly.
