Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Doritos
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add salt and pepper to taste; drain.
    Mix soups and sauce in saucepan; heat.
    Crumble Doritos and place in bottom of deep casserole dish.
    Put hamburger in, then top with sauce mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and continue baking until the cheese melts.
