Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck roast
1 can beef broth
1 can beer
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 jar (1 1/2 c. with juice) jalapeno peppers, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. crushed oregano
Preparation

In a roasting pan, spray first with cooking spray, sprinkle both sides of meat with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano.
Lay sliced onions and peppers on top of meat.
Pour broth, beer and pepper juices on top of meat.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
When done, shred meat with 2 forks. Refrigerate broth mixture and skim fat when cool.
Add to meat mixture and reheat.
Serve on Italian rolls.
