Ingredients

sirloin steak
1 Tbsp. Blue cheese
3 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Grill sirloin steak to your taste.
Allow cheese and butter to get to room temperature.
Mix thoroughly.
Immediately smear on steak off the grill.
