Teriyaki Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. wings
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Cut wings at joints and discard tips.
    Place in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 in another pan 30 minutes.
    Retain sauce to baste.
    Also good for boneless chicken breast.
