Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium onions
approximately 1 lb. salt pork (ground)
2 large heads cabbage
2 lb. ground pork
2 lb. ground beef
6 c. cooked rice (3 pkg. Success boil bags)
2 cans whole or crushed tomatoes
2 cans tomato soup
Preparation

Cook cabbage until tender.
(Easy Tip:
Freeze cabbage a couple of days; thaw 1 day until limp.)
Remove tough skin on salt pork and grind fat.
Chop and saute onions and salt pork.
Let cool.
Mix ground pork, ground beef, cooked rice and onion and salt pork mixture.
