Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 pkg. microwave popcorn, popped or 1 1/2 c. popcorn, popped
Preparation

Melt margarine and stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes without stirring.
Heat low until just boiling.
Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.
