Swedish Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. English walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Add the pineapple and mix well.
    Add flour, soda and salt and mix well.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake in a greased and floured 15 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool and ice with Cream Cheese Frosting.
