Vittorio'S Cannoli Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) Ricotta cheese, well chilled
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) sifted confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. (2 oz.) bittersweet chocolate chips
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. candied fruit
    dash of cinnamon
    1 doz. sugar cones (ice cream cones)
Preparation
    Pass
    Ricotta cheese through a sieve or strainer, then lightly hand mix with confectioners sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Add chocolate and candied fruit.
    Refrigerate mixture until ready to fill shells.
