Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 large bell pepper strips
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in frying pan.
    Add tomatoes, salt, soup and bell pepper.
    Let simmer while cooking noodles.
    Add cooked, drained noodles and 1/2 cup of cheese to meat mixture.
    Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle on remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
