Watercress Sauce Verte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped watercress
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, leaves, lemon juice and seasonings, mixing well.
Chill for 1 hour before serving as sauce for cold or hot fish.
Makes 1 cup.
