Butternut Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium squash
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. lemon juice
5 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Cut potatoes for frying (about 6 good ones).
Coat with 1 heaping
tablespoonful of flour.
Fry in deep oil.
Salt to taste.
