Lemon Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 2 lemons (grated rind)
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pt. hot water
Preparation
    Mix juice and rind with egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch in pan.
    Gradually add hot water and oleo.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Use whites for meringue; top and brown.
