Venison Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. venison, ground
    2 1/2 lb. hamburger
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse grind pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. liquid hickory smoke
Preparation
    First Day:
    Mix in large bowl; cover and refrigerate.
