Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large head cabbage
    1 c. uncooked rice or Minute rice
    2 eggs
    1 onion (large), diced
    1 green pepper (large), diced
    2 to 3 c. homemade or store bought spaghetti sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    In a separate bowl, combine hamburger, rice, eggs, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Mix well.
    Separate leaves (using large leaves only) and parboil for about 5 minutes. Making individually, put about 2 tablespoons of hamburger mixture in the center of each leaf, roll up tightly, and secure with a toothpick.
