Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes, cooked
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cream potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and butter.
Add onions, salt and pepper.
Put in baking dish; top with butter and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
