Fresh Orange Bavarian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (orange)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. chilled whipping cream or 1 envelope Dream Whip
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over jello in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Stir in sugar, orange peel and juice.
    Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
    In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff. (If using dessert topping mix, prepare as directed on package.) Beat gelatin mixture until foamy.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into 4 cup mold or 6 to 8 dessert dishes or molds.
    Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
    Unmold on serving plate.
    Serves 6 to 8.
