Peppermints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. peppermint oil
Preparation

Grease 2 cookie sheets.
In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, vinegar, water and syrup.
Cook until the mixture forms a hard ball when dropped into cold water.
Then add peppermint oil. Mix well.
