Butterscotch Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Blend the ingredients
    together
    in
    a
    heavy saucepan. Bring to
    a boil and boil 5 minutes without stirring.
    Remove from heat and beat for 30 seconds or until foamy.
    Serve warm.
