Hamburger Maki Pupu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 small onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. surimi
    2 eggs
    a little oyster sauce
    15 sheets nori, cut in half
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except the nori.
    Roll the mixture in nori like sushi,
    in
    5/8-inch diameter.
    Wrap each roll in wax paper.
    Freeze
    overnight.\tSlice
    each
    roll
    in 4 pieces while frozen.
    Deep fry.\tYou can keep in freezer indefinitely and cook as needed for pupus or side dish.
