Ingredients

3 c. chopped onions
6 bananas, sliced
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. crystallized ginger pieces, chopped
2 c. seedless raisins
2 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
Pour the mixture into sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator.
Serve as a side dish with any curry or as a garnish with cold beef, chicken or ham.
No sugar added.
