Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine (can use light margarine)
Preparation

Mix eggs and milk.
Dip chicken in mixture.
Shake chicken in Baggie with cornflakes and cheese.
Melt margarine.
Spoon on top of chicken.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
