Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
2 (16 oz. each) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can hominy
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning (dry)
1 pkg. Ranch dressing (dry) (optional)
Preparation

Brown together ground beef and onion in a large pot.
Season meat with seasoning salt, then add (including juice) kidney beans, pinto beans, stewed tomatoes, hominy, tomato juice and diced green chilies.
Stir and add taco seasoning and Ranch dressing (optional).
Simmer for about 45 minutes.
This can either be served with crackers or is delicious served over corn chips.
This is great for serving the multitudes.
This may also be frozen.
